Happy 2 months (and 1 day) Miss Grace!

A little late yet again, but better late than never! Grace turned two months old yesterday, and we can easily say its been her parent's best two months yet. While we would have loved to have spent the day celebrating, we had her two month vaccinations scheduled for that afternoon which unfortunately put a damper on the day. Grace handled her shots wonderfully, but her mother on the other hand, didn't fare so well. Seeing your baby happy as can be get poked in both legs, without any indication pain is on the way, is heart wrenching to say the least! Embarrassed to admit that I lost my composure the minute the nurses walked in the room and had to force myself to pull it together even AFTER Grace stopped crying. God forbid this girl ever falls down, scrapes her knee or sprains an ankle.. Haha :) Hoping this experience toughens me up a bit before her four month shots take place in January.
