Grace's First Medal

This was a very proud moment for Mama. At 21 months, Grace not only competed in her first gymnastics "meet" but she also independently walked up onto a podium (with BFF Harper) to receive her very first award. Keep in mind this "meet" took place at The Little Gym in a class of 6 toddlers in which their gymnastics skills look more like ball-throwing, bubble-making and tantrum-throwing. And while her award may have been a participation medal, it was still a medal and an awesome one at that! So much fun and a memory I'll never forget. Grace's uneven bar skills definitely have comparisons to her old mom's back in the day :)
