Happy 4 Months (and 4 days) Miss Emma!

We're still anxiously awaiting Emma's real four month appointment, but at a recent "sniffly nose" visit she weighed in at 16 lbs. 1 oz. (94%). The growing isn't letting up, and neither is her strength! Emma started rolling full circles the day she turned four months (before she was mainly just rolling back to stomach), and has recently found complete amusement in her adorable feet. Everything is game for her to stick in her mouth right now and the drooling is out-of-control, so I'm guessing a popping tooth or two is around the corner. She loves peek-a-boo, and anything that her silly big sister does to make her laugh. Bath time is super fun right now as Grace has figured out that blowing bubbles and dropping toys off her head to a small splash making Emma belly laugh like we've never heard! We're slowly but surely getting into somewhat of a schedule with two (and sometimes three) naps at this point. Bedtime is getting earlier starting around 8-8:30, but she's back to waking every few hours for feedings after an unheard of first few months of nearly sleeping through the entire night. Looking forward to having an adult conversation at night with Zach again, so keeping hope the sleeping improves soon! In the meantime we're loving how happy our baby girl is, and enjoying every minute of this stage. Time slow down please...

*February 25, 2014: At our official four month appointment today Emma weighed 17 lbs (97%) and was 26.5 in. long (98%)! WNBA here we come.
